At ArtinWebs, our mission is to deliver results-driven content strategies and digital solutions with the highest level of integrity and professionalism. Due to the nature of our services (customized content, AI-powered tools, and digital delivery), all sales are final and non-refundable, except under specific result-based conditions.

✅ When Refunds Are Considered

We only offer partial or full refunds in the following situations:

1.Custom Project (e.g., VIP Package, Website Design)

A refund may be approved if: The client fully cooperated and provided all necessary materials and approvals, We completed the agreed deliverables, but The final output completely failed to meet the defined results, and The failure is due to our internal execution, not third-party platforms or market factors.

2.AI Story Assistant or Digital Strategy Tools

These are non-refundable, unless: There was a technical issue preventing access or delivery, The issue was not resolved within 7 business days after full support was provided.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

  • Downloadable digital files (e.g., PDF templates, scripts)
  • Custom AI-generated strategies
  • Content plans or marketing calendars
  • Any service marked as “Completed” in writing
  • Items purchased on sale or with promo codes

📦 Delivery Failures

If a product (digital or service-based) was not delivered at all, and no work has started, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. If delivery began and partial work has been submitted, a partial refund (maximum 40%) may be offered at our discretion.

⏱️ Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank, PayPal, or card issuer.

💼 Contractual Projects

For custom projects with signed agreements:

  • The refund terms specified in the signed contract take precedence.
  • If either party fails to meet their obligations, remedies (including refund or replacement) will be addressed as per contract.

🛑 Important Notes

  • Customer inaction, delays, or incomplete inputs do not qualify for a refund.
  • If you cancel a project after work has begun, no refund will be issued.
  • Copying or redistributing our paid digital assets (templates, AI outputs, etc.) without permission is a violation of our copyright terms and may result in legal action.
