2. Service Deposits
Initial project deposits (typically 30-50% of total project value) are non-refundable. These deposits secure your position in our production schedule and cover initial research, planning, and resource allocation.
3. Milestone-Based Projects
For projects billed in milestones:
- Payment for completed and approved milestones is non-refundable
- If you cancel before a milestone is started, that milestone payment will be refunded
- Work in progress at the time of cancellation will be prorated based on completion percentage
4. SaaS & Platform Subscriptions
For subscription-based products (Artin SmartAgent, Hunter AI, etc.):
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; no refunds for partial months
- Annual subscriptions may be refunded within the first 14 days if no significant usage
- Free trial periods do not require payment
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, we offer up to two rounds of revisions within the project scope at no additional cost. We work collaboratively to ensure the final result meets your expectations.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Third-party licenses, domain registrations, and hosting fees
- Completed and approved deliverables
- Rush or priority development fees
- Training and consulting sessions already conducted
7. How to Request a Refund

8. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
