Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing artinwebs.org or engaging AMHR Marketing Management LLC ("Company") for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

AMHR Marketing Management LLC provides AI automation, custom AI agent development, web development, digital marketing, and related technology services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Providing accurate and complete project requirements
  • Timely review and feedback on deliverables
  • Providing necessary access, credentials, and content
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws for their industry
  • Making agreed-upon payments on schedule

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-built deliverables as specified in the project agreement. AMHR retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, and platforms (including Artin SmartAgent, Hunter AI, and other AMHR ecosystem products) that may be licensed for client use.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment schedules are defined in individual project agreements
  • A non-refundable deposit of 30-50% is typically required to begin work
  • Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise specified
  • Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, business strategies, and technical details shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

AMHR Marketing Management LLC's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss.

8. Warranty

We warrant that services will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards. We provide a 30-day warranty period after delivery for bug fixes and minor adjustments.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client pays for work completed. Deposits are non-refundable.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai.
